Betway, an online and mobile soccer betting platform in Africa, has been announced as the title sponsor of the SA20, which will have a global presence in its inaugural year thanks to a partnership between the two brands.
Betway SA20 is a brand owned by Super Group that wants to become the top sports and entertainment brand in South Africa. It has partnerships with Cricket South Africa and Cricket West Indies, and the brand has also partnered with Kevin Pietersen, a well-known cricket commentator.
The partnership comes as the fervor keeps working for the competition before the primary ball is bowled between MI Cape Town and Paarl Royals at Newlands on January 10.

Graeme Smith, Betway SA20 League Commissioner, has announced that global betting brand Betway has become an invested partner in the league. The South African premier T20 league will kick off on January 10, with 33 matches taking place in six locations across the country. Some of the world’s best T20 players, including World Cup winners, will be participating.
The tournament will be contested by teams linked with Indian Premier League franchises and has already secured a ten-year broadcast agreement with Indian sports network ViacomSports 18.
