In this interview with Inside Gaming Africa’s Mickaella at the ICE London 2022, the Product Expert of Digitain, Peter Nolan talks about the stand preparation and a successful presentation of new products at the show.

Mickaella: Wow, look at that. That’s an amazing big booth that you’ve got today. So, can you please tell us about your company?
Peter Nolan: Yes, we are Digitain. We’re based in Armenia. We focus on igaming solutions, including a platform including products, sports for casino aggregator. Anything that falls into that gaming space.
Mickaella: Oh, amazing. As you can see, the show is going on really well. There’s a lot of things happening. So, what are your dedicated products for the African markets?
Peter Nolan: We specialize in being mobile first. So, for Africa, that’s very good. Obviously, sports betting is very important Africa via mobile and other methods, and we do have a retail solution for Africa too. Virtual sport is also very popular as well as fast games.
Mickaella: That’s amazing. That’s good to know. Have you got anything that you would like to tell us with the African market?
Peter Nolan: Yeah, we’ve got five products launching today, obviously, for every market, but we’re particularly suited to Africa. So, we have a new igaming platform, which has some excellent features, some 400 integrated payment methods. So, no matter where you are in Africa, we have a solution for you. We’ve got a new virtual sports product for football, horse racing, greyhound racing, and that’s very popular. In Africa, we have a new CRM system as well. So, when you want to communicate directly to your customer, in small micro segments, that’s a very effective way of recruiting and retaining customers, which is especially important in our business where it’s very competitive.
Mickaella: That’s amazing. That’s great to know. So, have you got any future plans for the African markets?
Peter Nolan: Yeah, Africa is on our list of target markets, as well as places like LatAm. So, we’re building a team in Africa to cover sales.
Mickaella: Well, that’s really good to know. As you can see, everything looks spectacular. The show’s amazing. How have you been finding the show so far?
Peter Nolan: Fantastic. So, we spent a lot of money and effort and we brought over 100 people from Armenia to be salespeople, people who meet up with their own existing partners, we are launching live casino here. You can see the screens over there. Built in. We’ve got our own studio in Armenia, and we’ve recruited 100 presenters. So, we’re going to have a big service 24/7 live casino with blackjack and roulette. We’ve also launched over three virtual sports. Start with recovering football, horse racing and greyhound racing, which are very popular in Africa as a mobile friendly as well. So, all our products can be accessed easily on mobile. This has been eye catching a bar has been really successful with cocktails, demonstrations. So, we’re really pleased.
Mickaella: Great to know. Anything you’d like to say to your new customers out there, maybe?
Peter Nolan: Digitain is innovative, flexible and a trusted partner. It’s very important to get a trusted partner in this business. We’ve been around since 2008. So, we know what we’re doing. We are also an operator, so we understand the customer’s needs. We are very flexible so no matter where you are in the world, we can find a solution to allow them to differentiate themselves in their marketplace.
