The WSOPC will be in Dakar, the capital of French-speaking Senegal, from May 13 to 22 in 2021/2022, according to the WSOP schedule and social media for the Casino Plaza hotel. This isn’t the first time the World Series of Poker (WSOP) has attempted to crack Africa. WPT and WSOP events have previously been held in Morocco, Marrakech, and Johannesburg, South Africa. However, the continent has remained mostly untouched for poker despite its population of over 1.3 billion people.
After WSOP Europe, the World Series of Poker Africa was the Caesars’ second big growth initiative. The first series was held in 2010 in South Africa, which was chosen as the launchpad. There will be nine tournaments at this new site (Senegal), including a $1,700 main event. Small stakes events will dominate the WSOP Circuit series in Dakar. Although the average buy-in is less than $500, there are a few higher-stakes events on the schedule, including a $1,260 for One Drop.
Since Guy Laliberte, the charity’s founder and a wealthy poker aficionado, helped develop One Drop, the One Drop Foundation has been inextricably linked with charity events. In 2012, the first $1 million charity tournament was held, with 3.5 percent of the $42 million prize pool going toward clean water projects in Africa.
As a result, the Little One for One Drop event at WSOP Dakar can be viewed as the culmination of the organization’s charitable activities. Those who participate will be directly assisting people in Senegal, the host country, which has been dealing with a clean water issue for years.

Hmm it appears like your blog ate my first comment (it was extremely long) so I guess I’ll just
sum it up what I submitted and say, I’m thoroughly enjoying
your blog. I as well am an aspiring blog blogger but I’m still new
to everything. Do you have any tips for beginner blog
writers? I’d certainly appreciate it. aid for ukraine
